The Service Network Compliance Manager at Tesla will ensure all external Tesla Approved Quick Service locations in Turkey adhere to audit and compliance standards. Responsibilities include supporting and coordinating audits, analyzing repairs to verify procedures and flat rate times, reviewing estimates to reduce costs and improve efficiency, identifying opportunities for operational efficiency improvements, managing tasks and information flow using collaboration software, collaborating cross-functionally on multiple projects, working with EHS and Infrastructure teams to certify location compliance, and ensuring adherence to legislation changes. This role requires extensive service workshop experience in Europe, audit management skills, excellent communication (Turkish and English), and the ability to manage multiple priorities and large teams across time zones.
