Job Description
Tesla is seeking a Service Technician Apprentice in Aarhus, Denmark. This internship provides on-the-job training and structured programs to develop technical skills. Responsibilities include tire changes, wheel swaps, fluid replacements, door handle and wiper blade repairs, 4-wheel alignment (basic understanding), drive unit replacements (Tesla-specific), basic diagnostics, body adjustments, and using various hand and power tools. Apprentices will perform equipment inspections and calibrations and must be team-oriented, reliable, positive, and fluent in English. Excellent communication and computer skills are essential.

- Perform equipment inspections and calibrations
- Strong sense of team mentality and reliability
- Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the changes in the personal transportation industry
- Fluency in English is required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions as required
- Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
- Basic Computer skills (excel, word, outlook, web)
