Tesla is seeking a Service Technician Apprentice in Kastrup, Denmark. This apprenticeship offers on-the-job training and structured programs to develop technical skills. Responsibilities include tire changes, wheel swaps, fluid replacements, door handle repairs (Tesla-specific), 4-wheel alignment (basic understanding required), drive unit replacements (Tesla-specific), basic diagnostics, body adjustments, and using various hand and power tools. The ideal candidate possesses a strong team mentality, positive attitude, and fluency in English. Excellent communication and basic computer skills are also essential. The role involves following instructions and understanding/conveying technical concepts.

In this position, you will get the opportunity to develop your technical skills via a combination of exciting training programs and an ongoing training on the job, provided by a Service Supervisor/ Service Manager.

What You’ll Do

Tyre changes
Wheel swaps
Fluid replacements
Door handles (Tesla specific repair)
4 Wheel alignment (understanding know-how and all basics that involves aligning a vehicle)
Drive unit replacements (Tesla specific repair)
Basic diagnostics
Body adjustments
Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
Perform equipment inspections and calibrations

What You’ll Bring

Strong sense of team mentality and reliability
Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the changes in the personal transportation industry
Fluency in English language is required
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions as required
Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
Basic Computer skills (excel, word, outlook, web)
