Job Description
Tesla is seeking a Service Technician Apprentice in Odense, Denmark. This internship provides on-the-job training and structured programs to develop technical skills. Responsibilities include tire changes, wheel swaps, fluid replacements, door handle repairs, four-wheel alignments, drive unit replacements (Tesla-specific), basic diagnostics, body adjustments, and using various tools. The ideal candidate possesses a strong team mentality, positive attitude, fluency in English, excellent communication, and basic computer skills. The role requires understanding and conveying technical concepts and following instructions effectively.

- Tyre changes
- Wheel swaps
- Fluid replacements
- Door handles (Tesla specific repair)
- 4 Wheel alignment (understanding know-how and all basics that involves aligning a vehicle)
- Drive unit replacements (Tesla specific repair)
- Basic diagnostics
- Body adjustments
- Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
- Perform equipment inspections and calibrations
- Strong sense of team mentality and reliability
- Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the changes in the personal transportation industry
- Fluency in English language is required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions as required
- Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
- Basic Computer skills (excel, word, outlook, web)
