Job Description

This is a 6-week Service Technician Apprenticeship at Tesla in Valencia, Spain, starting in April 2025. Apprentices will receive expert training and mentorship, supporting Tesla's service operations. Responsibilities include tire changes, wheel swaps, fluid replenishments, door handle repairs (Tesla-specific), wiper blade replacements, 4-wheel alignments, basic diagnostics, body adjustments, and using various tools. The successful candidate will have excellent academic performance, good English, strong teamwork skills, and basic computer skills. A clean driving license is preferred.

As an Apprentice Service Technician, you’ll play a key part in supporting us in our mission ‘to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy’ and forming our next generation of Automotive Service Technicians. We’ve created some of the most innovative vehicles ever made, and as an Apprentice Service Technician, you’ll help ensure these vehicles are repaired & maintained to a high standard for our customers.

What You’ll Do

Tyre changes
Wheel swaps
Fluid replenishments
Door handles (this is a Tesla specific repair; it is good to know how this is performed) Wiper blade replacements
4 Wheel alignment (understanding to know-how and all basics that involves aligning a vehicle)
Drive unit replacements (this is a Tesla specific repair; it is good to know how this is performed)
Basic diagnostics
Body adjustments
Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
Perform equipment inspections and calibrations

What You’ll Bring

Excellent academic performance & positive assessment from your school.
Have completed a classroom-based educational course
Good level of English
Strong sense of team mentality and reliability
Positive, enthusiastic and passionate about the changes in the automotive industry
Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
Driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
Basic Computer skills (excel, word, outlook & teams)
