Service Technician Apprenticeship

Planned Start Date: April 2025 

Duration: 6 weeks 

Here at Tesla, our technicians are the backbone of our Service operation. As an Apprentice Service Technician, you’ll play a key part in supporting us in our mission ‘to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy’ and forming our next generation of Automotive Service Technicians. We’ve created some of the most innovative vehicles ever made, and as an Apprentice Service Technician, you’ll help ensure these vehicles are repaired & maintained to a high standard for our customers.     

This is a fantastic opportunity to receive expert career training & mentorship from service industry professionals who are passionate about helping you succeed every step of the way.   

• Tyre changes   
• Wheel swaps   
• Fluid replenishments   
• Door handles (this is a Tesla specific repair; it is good to know how this is performed) Wiper blade replacements   
• 4 Wheel alignment (understanding to know-how and all basics that involves aligning a vehicle)   
• Drive unit replacements (this is a Tesla specific repair; it is good to know how this is performed)   
• Basic diagnostics   
• Body adjustments   
• Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools   
• Perform equipment inspections and calibrations
