Job Description
Tesla seeks a Service Technician in Stavanger, Norway to perform repairs and maintenance on Tesla vehicles using specialized software and tools. Responsibilities include efficient repair completion, exceeding quality and productivity expectations, performing both common and complex repairs autonomously, ensuring high-quality work, collaborating with teams locally and regionally, and participating in ongoing training and development. The ideal candidate possesses professional vehicle service and repair experience (automotive, aviation, marine, etc.), relevant Norwegian certifications (a plus), excellent communication skills in English, a driver's license, flexibility for shift work (including weekends), and willingness to travel. - Service, repair and improve: Working with Tesla specific software and advanced tools you will be performing repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles.

- Technically experienced: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs working within either automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries.
- Technically qualified: You have relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in Norway (a plus). You will self-manage your technical expertise development.
- A good communicator: You speak and write English well and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully.
- Safe to drive: We require you to hold a driver’s license.
- Flexible: You may work in shifts to support your team, which may include weekends, morning and evening shifts.
