Job Description
Tesla seeks a Service Technician in Steinkjer, Norway to perform repairs and maintenance on Tesla vehicles using specialized software and tools. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving a range of vehicle issues, ensuring high-quality repairs, collaborating with teams locally and regionally, and participating in ongoing training and development. The ideal candidate possesses professional experience in vehicle service and repair (automotive, aviation, marine, etc.), relevant Norwegian certifications (a plus), strong communication skills, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings. The role involves efficient completion of repairs, exceeding expectations in quality and productivity, and contributing to the improvement of service experiences.
Must Have:

- Service, repair and improve: Working with Tesla specific software and advanced tools you will be performing repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles.
- Driven: Efficient in completing repairs and driven to exceed expectations on quality and productivity.

- Technically experienced: You have professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs working within either automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries.
- Technically qualified: You have relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in Norway (a plus). You will self-manage your technical expertise development.
- A good communicator: You speak and write English well and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully.
- Safe to drive: We require you to hold a driver’s license.
- Flexible: You may work in shifts to support your team, which may include weekends, morning and evening shifts.
