Job Description
Tesla is seeking a Service Vehicle Technician in Dongtan, Gyeonggi, Korea. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Tesla vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Responsibilities include performing diagnostics and repairs, utilizing various tools and equipment, providing feedback for service improvements, maintaining detailed records, ordering parts, maintaining a clean work environment, managing priorities effectively, and supporting various business tasks. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of automotive experience, technical expertise in areas such as AC systems, hydraulics, brakes and electronic systems, and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service are essential.
Must have:
- 3+ years automotive tech experience
- Proficient in vehicle diagnostics and repair
- Knowledge of automotive systems (AC, hydraulics, brakes, electronics)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
Good to have:
- Technical school diploma or related degree
- Automotive technician certification
- Experience with Tesla vehicles
- Computer skills (Excel, Word)
- Flexibility in work hours and location

- 정비 과정 및 수리 작업 데이터 기록 및 보고서 작성
- 필요한 작업 용품 및 부품 주문
- 차량 및 서비스 센터 청결 유지 지원
- 여러 우선순위를 효과적으로 처리하고 마감일을 준수
- 비즈니스 상황에 따른 다양한 업무 지원
- 자동차 산업에서 3년 이상의 기술 업무 경력을 보유하신 분
- 기술 고등학교 졸업 및 자동차 기술 관련 전문 학사 학위 우대
- 자동차정비산업기사 자격증 또는 관련 해당 수준의 다른 자격증 보유자 우대 및 운전면허증을 보유한 분
- 차량 유지보수 및 수리에 사용되는 기술, 부품, 장비에 대한 풍부한 지식을 보유한 분 (공조 시스템, 유압, 브레이크, 전자시스템 등)
- 새로운 서비스 기술 및 프로세스를 배우고 변화에 적응할 수 있는 분
- 혁신적으로 복잡한 문제 해결 및 새로운 아이디어를 제시하는 분
- 팀 기반 환경에서의 작업 및 안전우선의 마음가짐으로 공동 목표를 달성한 분
- 웹 브라우저, Excel 과 Word 와 같은 기본적인 컴퓨터 기술에 대한 이해가 높은 분
- 비즈니스 상황에 따른 근무시간, 근무지의 유연성이 높으신 분
- 고객과의 원활한 소통 및 문제 해결 경험이 있으신 분 우대
