Job Description
Tesla is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician in Seongsu, Seoul, Korea to perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on Tesla vehicles. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic and repair work, utilizing various diagnostic equipment and tools, providing feedback for service improvement, maintaining detailed records, ordering parts, ensuring a clean work environment, managing multiple priorities, and supporting various business needs. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably with an automotive technical degree or certification, and extensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair systems. Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential.

- Tesla 차량의 진단 및 수리 작업을 수행하여 효율성 극대화

- 차량 품질과 서비스의 지속적인 개선을 위한 피드백 제공
- 정비 과정 및 수리 작업 데이터 기록 및 보고서 작성

- 차량 및 서비스 센터 청결 유지 지원
- 여러 우선순위를 효과적으로 처리하고 마감일을 준수
- 비즈니스 상황에 따른 다양한 업무 지원
- 자동차 산업에서 3년 이상의 기술 업무 경력을 보유하신 분
- 기술 고등학교 졸업 및 자동차 기술 관련 전문 학사 학위 우대
- 자동차정비산업기사 자격증 또는 관련 해당 수준의 다른 자격증 보유자 우대 및 운전면허증을 보유한 분
- 차량 유지보수 및 수리에 사용되는 기술, 부품, 장비에 대한 풍부한 지식을 보유한 분 (공조 시스템, 유압, 브레이크, 전자시스템 등)
- 새로운 서비스 기술 및 프로세스를 배우고 변화에 적응할 수 있는 분
- 혁신적으로 복잡한 문제 해결 및 새로운 아이디어를 제시하는 분
- 팀 기반 환경에서의 작업 및 안전우선의 마음가짐으로 공동 목표를 달성한 분
- 웹 브라우저, Excel 과 Word 와 같은 기본적인 컴퓨터 기술에 대한 이해가 높은 분
- 비즈니스 상황에 따른 근무시간, 근무지의 유연성이 높으신 분
- 고객과의 원활한 소통 및 문제 해결 경험이 있으신 분 우대
