Tesla is seeking Service Advisors in Heilbronn to support its growing service centers. Responsibilities include managing daily workflows, overseeing service center operations, controlling warranty costs, maintaining workshop and vehicle upkeep, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, handling customer inquiries via phone and email, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Successful candidates will be customer-centric, digitally savvy, possess excellent communication skills in German and English, demonstrate strong teamwork, and be flexible with shift work, including weekends and evenings. Experience with electric vehicles is a plus but not required.
