Responsibilities include independently organizing daily workflows, overseeing service center operations, controlling warranty costs, performing vehicle and workshop maintenance, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, handling customer inquiries via phone and email, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate possesses strong customer focus, digital proficiency, excellent communication skills (fluent German and good English), teamwork abilities, flexibility to work shifts (including weekends), a valid EU driver's license, and a valid German work permit.
