Tesla is seeking a Service Advisor in Stuttgart to contribute to its expanding service centers. Responsibilities include independently managing daily workflows, overseeing service center operations and warranty costs, maintaining workshop and vehicle upkeep, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines, handling customer inquiries via phone and email, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, digitally savvy, a strong communicator in German and English, a team player, and flexible to work shifts including weekends. A valid EU driver's license and German work permit are required.
