Responsibilities include independently organizing daily workflow, overseeing service center operations, monitoring warranty costs, maintaining workshop and vehicle upkeep, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, handling customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring top-notch service, and collaborating effectively with the team and Service Manager. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, digitally savvy, and possesses excellent communication skills in German and English. Teamwork, flexibility, and a valid EU driver's license are essential.
