Job Description

This role is for a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to configure and implement the Vulnerability Response Module within the company's Security organization. Responsibilities include configuring ServiceNow to meet company requirements for infrastructure vulnerability management, working with various ServiceNow components (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI pages, etc.), integrating with 3rd party applications, and utilizing the ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of ServiceNow development experience, including 2 years specifically with SecOps Vulnerability Response Applications. A strong understanding of ITIL and experience with enterprise operational tools (incident, change, and knowledge management) is required. The role involves building scalable and complex solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Must have:
  • 5+ years ServiceNow development experience
  • 2+ years SecOps Vulnerability Response Application experience
  • In-depth ITIL framework understanding
  • Experience with ServiceNow components (Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc.)
  • Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow integrations
  • Experience with test-driven development and ServiceNow's Automated Testing Framework

Project is to configure and implement the Vulnerability Response Module from ServiceNow in company to enable end to end process for Infrastructure Vulnerability Management

Responsibilities

Tech engineer main responsibilities are to configure the ServiceNow vulnerability response module to meet company requirements and support infrastructure vulnerability management

Skills

Must have

at least 5 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.

2 years of experience in SecOps Vulnerability Response Application is a must

In-depth understanding of the ITIL framework

Experience enterprise operational tools and processes (incident management problems, change management, knowledge management, etc).

Experience working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI pages, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, UI scriptsand other major components of ServiceNow Development, which also includes the development of Scoped Application in ServiceNow Platform.

Proficient in Java script and hands on technical expertise in ServiceNow Integration with 3rd Party applications.

Experience of test-driven development with knowledge of ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework.

Strong Technical background in building scalable, complex solutions in ServiceNow.
