Must have:
ServiceNow CSA & CIS certifications
7+ years IT Service Management experience

Responsibilities
Design and configure ServiceNow workflows for Change and Release Management in ITSM and ITAM.
Collaborate with architects to define and implement efficient configurations for scalable solutions.
Develop reusable configurations, templates, and best practices to ensure consistent delivery.
Provide technical leadership to developers and engineers on ServiceNow best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced configuration issues.
