WHAT YOU DO AT AMD CHANGES EVERYTHING- Develop, configure, and implement solutions using ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and notifications.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases, new features, and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support.
- Experience with Agile Methodology and software development.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- ServiceNow certifications (ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator).
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and architecture.
- Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideRecord, etc.).
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, web services, JDBC, and MID server.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
