The behavior cards help the players reflect on the consequences of displayed or experienced behaviors.
Progressing up or falling down is not merely a matter of luck, but rather the choices we make.Aligned to the different stages of life, the snakes and the ladders are the Karma badges that symbolize how one gains positive karma through upholding of values and also losing the same when values are compromised.
The ladders symbolize how one rises in life on the back of conscious positive behaviors and the snakes, the losses one experiences in life because of conscious negative behaviors. The Yin and Yang symbolize the subconscious behaviors at play, both, positive and negative.
The player tokens designed around elements of nature - Fire, Water, Earth, and Air, are a reflection of different player personalities and how they see themselves.
The game includes a Happiness Barometer to help the players recognize the principles are driving them - whether basic needs of survival, comfort, and belonging, or higher ones of confidence, and purpose.
Finally the Values framework that helps the players to identify the core values that are upheld or compromised whilst reflecting on the behaviors displayed or experienced.
