You will also provide technical support, troubleshoot equipment issues, maintain the cleanliness of the store, and manage shifts by overseeing daily checklists and optimizing labor. Additionally, you'll lead the team, offer coaching, and assist in training new staff while upholding the company's values and promoting a collaborative environment. You will often operate as an “Opener” or “Closer” for the shift, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing walk-in potential.
