As a Shift Lead (Key Holder) at Sandbox VR, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class guest experience, providing technical support, maintaining the facility's cleanliness, managing shifts, and providing shift leadership. You will greet guests, guide them through the VR experience, and address any issues. You will also ensure the play areas and equipment are properly calibrated and that the store is maintained in excellent condition. Shift leadership includes team check-ins, coaching, and training new employees. The role also involves managing labor, maximizing walk-in potential during downtime and being responsible for opening or closing the store. The role requires weekend availability and involves physical stamina and dexterity. The primary goal is to ensure guests have an unforgettable experience and the team operates smoothly and professionally.
