Job Description
Tesla's Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg seeks a Site Manager to oversee all on-site construction activities. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, ensuring adherence to design, schedule, and quality standards, and maintaining cleanroom conditions. The role demands leading site teams, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, enforcing health and safety regulations, and proactively identifying and resolving potential issues. Experience in cleanroom environments (e.g., battery or pharmaceutical factories) is highly preferred. Proficiency in construction management software is essential.

- Project Supervision: Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure multi projects are executed according to the design, schedule, and quality standards. Ensure construction activities comply with cleanroom conditions.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate site teams (handymen), including subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and productivity.
- Health & Safety: Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel, particularly in accordance with Cell Production room specifications.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential issues or delays and implement solutions to mitigate risks or setbacks. And escalate topics to Construction Manager, when needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry. Preference for clean room experience as battery or pharmaceutical factories.
- Proficiency in English written and verbal communication is a must. German or Polish is a plus.
- Strong decision-making skills and get-things-done attitude.
