Tesla's Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg seeks a Site Manager to oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects align with design, schedule, and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing site teams (including subcontractors and suppliers), maintaining workflow and productivity, and enforcing health and safety regulations, especially in cleanroom environments. The role involves problem-solving, identifying potential issues, implementing solutions, and escalating concerns to the Construction Manager. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience as a Site Manager, preferably in cleanroom settings like battery or pharmaceutical factories. Proficiency in English is mandatory; German or Polish is a plus. Strong decision-making skills and proficiency in construction management software are essential.

- Project Supervision: Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure multi projects are executed according to the design, schedule, and quality standards. Ensure construction activities comply with cleanroom conditions.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate site teams (handymen), including subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and productivity.
- Health & Safety: Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel, particularly in accordance with Cell Production room specifications.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential issues or delays and implement solutions to mitigate risks or setbacks. And escalate topics to Construction Manager, when needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry. Preference for clean room experience as battery or pharmaceutical factories.
- Proficiency in English written and verbal communication is a must. German or Polish is a plus.
- Strong decision-making skills and get-things-done attitude.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools (Navisworks, Bluebeam, MS-Office)
