Job Description

The Site Program Manager at Google's Global Sites Strategy team will drive site strategy priorities, oversee strategic site programs, and collaborate across functions and teams within sites, including Site leadership, HR, Internal Communications, REWS, GSRS, and Country Operations. This role requires fluency in Mandarin and English for client relationship management in the specified region. Responsibilities include tracking progress, making data-driven decisions, identifying opportunities to improve processes and the Googler experience, developing solutions, and building infrastructure to meet operational scale. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience and strong communication skills, with experience in management consulting or human resources preferred. The position involves working cross-functionally and globally, influencing across organizational boundaries to align with market plans and company-wide objectives.

Must have:

5+ years project management experience
Fluency in Mandarin and English
Drive site strategy priorities
Oversee execution of strategic site programs
Collaborate across functions and teams

Good to have:

Experience in management consulting or HR
Experience with diversity programs
Experience working with executive leadership

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience managing projects.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in management consulting or human resources including diversity programs.
Experience working closely with executive leadership.
Ability to influence, build consensus, and inspire followership across all levels of the organization.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills with effective acumen, high tolerance for ambiguity in a fluid environment.

Global Sites Strategy team members are problem solvers with a focus on driving impact. You will be making company-wide initiatives more localized, driving site leaders to define and drive site strategies forward, or measuring the efficacy of Googlers engagement programs. You will be working cross-functionally and globally, influence up and across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

Drive site strategy priorities forward tracking progress and make data-driven decisions to align with market plans and company-wide objectives.
Oversee the execution of strategic site programs by identifying opportunities that improve processes and the Googler experience. Move a program forward cohesively across verticals.
Coordinate, collaborate and influence across functions and teams within sites, including Site leadership (Site Leads, Country Managers, Product Area Site Representatives), Market Human Resource (HR), Internal Communications, Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS), Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS), Country Operations, and more.
Develop solutions, build the infrastructure and processes that can meet Taiwan’s scale of operations.
