Manage Physical Indicators on his site

Develop and coordinate the site Quality Improvement plan following guidelines from Group and Product Group and promote Quality Culture

Implement 5 axes methodologies in the site

Manage Quality network in his or her site

Audit the Quality System periodically (Internal and support of Customer Audit)

Co-chair the PVC for P1 projects from phase 3 until the end of the project

For modifications, ensure the respect of the 4M procedure

Chair the major P0 PVC

Represent Customer within Valeo on Quality matters (Communication / Escalation)

Manage Incidents (CLR-Logistic) Internally and with Customer

Direct the continuous improvement of Q,C,D, together with operations applying the V5000.

New Projects Launch, aligned to  CAA targets.

Contribute to, or, in the absence of R&D in the site, lead Warranty QRQC & warranty treatment activity (Detection, Communication, negotiation, warranty invoice validation)

 Active participation in CAP50 initiatives and targets achievement .
