SLG System Planner

This role is for an SLG (Strategy game) System Planner based in Beijing or Guangzhou, China. Responsibilities include assisting the lead planner in system design, creating detailed documentation, managing system development (including coordination, progress tracking, and acceptance testing), breaking down gameplay mechanics, conducting regression analysis on systems, collaborating with technical and art teams, and ensuring smooth implementation of art assets. The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of experience in SLG system planning, a strong understanding of SLG games, proficiency in system design documentation, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. The position requires a strong work ethic, ability to handle pressure, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
