Project description
The role involves developing, designing, and managing Smartsheet solutions to support business needs. The Smartsheet Developer will be responsible for implementing Smartsheet functionality across a range of use cases, including resource management, multi-tier Control Center, and automation workflows. The position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, ensuring alignment with business objectives and providing innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
Design and customize Smartsheet sheets, reports, dashboards, and workspaces.
Implement and manage Control Center, Data Mesh, Dynamic Views, and automation workflows.
Optimize computer/server resource management using Smartsheet solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver aligned solutions.
Troubleshoot Smartsheet functionality and provide technical support.
Adapt to shifting priorities and rapidly changing environments.
Train users and document processes for Smartsheet solutions.
Propose creative enhancements and maintain Smartsheet performance.
Skills
Must have
1+ years of experience with Smartsheet functional areas like control center, workspaces, premium apps, sheets, reports, dashboards, etc.
Work effectively in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, quick pivot, and rapid change environments.
Team player that contributes valuable ideas and feedback and can be counted on to meet commitments.
Knowledge of Smartsheet's off the shelf solutions and technologies, including Control Center, Data Mesh, Dynamic Views, Workflows, Automations, and other PowerApps.
Nice to have
Healthcare experience, helpful but not required.
