Develop and execute social media and community strategy aligned with company goals;
Develop and execute social media activities launch: create mechanics, KPIs set up, manage execution, analysis;
Manage multiple social media accounts;
Analyze social media performance, prepare reports, analytics and recommendations;
Monitor and respond to comments and messages;
Monitor competitors;
Be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
3+ years of experience in a similar position;
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.;
Experience in the gambling industry;
Strong analytical skills and ability to measure and improve performance;
Hands-on experience in content management;
Basic design skills (Figma) and video editing skills;
Excellent command of written and communication skills in English;
Flexibility to manage social media accounts outside of working hours.
High level of communication skills;
Proactivity and initiative;
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
