Who We Are: Marmalade is a leading player in the games industry, known for its innovative and engaging products. We are looking for a talented individual to join our existing team and lead our Social Media & Community Management strategy.

The Role: As the Community Manager, you will play a crucial role within the Marmalade Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing. You will work closely with the support, marketing, and engineering teams to produce developer-focused content and manage, update, and engage with our developer forums and social networks. Additionally, you will support and mentor a junior member of the team, guiding their development and ensuring cohesive team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Daily management of the support forum.
Assisting the community in finding answers to their questions (with help from the support team).
Collaborating with stakeholders to produce content such as blogs, newsletters, tweets, Facebook posts, and video tips.
Managing Marmalade’s social media channels.
Attending and organising meetups, events, and webinars as needed.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

Experience in game development.
A passion for sharing knowledge with the community.
