Social Media Designer

Element8 is looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Designer to craft visually engaging content for various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of branding, social media trends, and digital storytelling to enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and animations for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).

Develop engaging visual content that aligns with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals.

Create eye-catching banners, reels, stories, and video content to drive engagement.

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.

Stay updated on design trends, social media trends, and platform algorithms to optimize content.

Ensure brand consistency across all social media visuals and digital assets.

Work on motion graphics and video editing for short-form content.

Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience as a Social Media Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
-Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, and color theory.
-Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus.
-Ability to adapt designs to different audiences and social media formats.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with UI/UX design for social media landing pages.
- Knowledge of AI-powered design tools.
- Experience working with marketing and advertising teams.
