Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager at Grand Royal Tours (P) Ltd. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for implementing social media marketing strategies, branding, online reputation, optimizing social media presence, developing content strategies, handling comments and writing engaging content to connect with our audience in all platform.

Qualifications

• Atleast 3 years experience in handling social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc)
• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Experience in competitor analysis
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Content Strategy and Writing
• Knowledge of Tamil language is a plus
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and trends
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge in Tourism industry is preferable
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
