What We’re Looking For

• Self-starter and creative thinker with the ability to learn the business and industry holistically.
• Ability to create entertaining and fun content.
• Understanding of the real money gaming business and video games.
• Open to feedback and adaptable to changes.
• Willing to experiment, fail, and adjust accordingly.
• Comfortable with frequent reporting to leadership.
• Strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Passion for gaming with some experience in real-money gaming (social account engagement is minimal).
• Experience managing Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok accounts for a brand (preferably with 25,000+ followers).
• Experience in reporting key metrics and meeting monthly KPIs.
• Skilled in building content calendars and executing them.
• Comfortable managing both in-house content teams and third-party agencies.
• Experience with emerging platforms is preferred.
• At least 3+ years of full-time, non-intern experience, as a Social Media Manager.
• Must be based in Las Vegas.
• Content creation experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable with live event and in-person social media management.
