They will shape the brand's presence on their assigned platform through consistency, creativity, and data-driven thinking. Responsibilities include staying updated on platform trends, analyzing performance metrics, leading A/B testing, managing the publishing pipeline, ensuring brand consistency, and providing technical support.
Must have:
- 2-3 years of experience managing brand channels on a major platform.
- Expertise in platform-specific analytics tools.
- Deep knowledge of platform algorithms and content formats.
- Analytical mindset with A/B testing experience.
- Excellent writing, grammar, and organizational skills.

Job Details
The Daily Wire is seeking a highly strategic and detail-oriented Platform Specialist, (Meta, X, youtube, reddit, TikTok). In this role, you’ll be your assigned platform's go-to expert. you’ll ensure top-tier publishing practices, implement smart engagement strategies, and track performance to drive growth and impact. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up on your assigned platform—bringing consistency, creativity, and data-driven thinking to everything you do.
Primary Responsibilities
- Stay deeply immersed in platform trends, feature updates, and competitor activity; maintain internal documentation and act as a subject matter expert on platform best practices
- Analyze content and channel-level performance metrics (CTR, watch time, follower growth, etc.) and deliver weekly insights to guide content and distribution strategies
- Lead A/B testing and rapid response strategy shifts when platform performance changes or new formats emerge
- Own the end-to-end publishing pipeline—crafting engaging titles, coordinating thumbnails, managing post timing, and ensuring metadata accuracy
- Ensure brand and platform consistency across all content while leveraging data to drive innovation and optimization
- Maintain governance and compliance documentation (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and support cross-functional teams with technical troubleshooting and training
- Serve as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders on platform-specific capabilities and opportunities
Experience & Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience managing brand channels or equivalent on a major platform (e.g., YouTube, Meta, TikTok) or equivalent work experience.
- Expertise in platform-specific analytics tools (e.g., YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite)
- Deep knowledge of platform algorithms and content formats
- Analytical mindset with A/B testing and performance refinement experience
- Excellent writing, grammar, and organizational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a fast-paced environment
