The Frame is a critical component of every wafer that is manufactured. The frame contains silicon structures that are needed by various lithographic tools for optimal functionality. The Frame Automation Team is responsible for project coordination and automation to support the Frame. We ensure Frame enablement for all products by working closely with engineers from Lithography, Process Integration, Device, Design Enablement, and RET (Resolution Enhancement Technology) teams.
