Job Duties: Analyze requirements, prepare design, and develop robust, scalable software applications and features using object-oriented programming. Conduct coding scope for software feature enhancements and/or contribute code to sub-systems. Develop automated tests and deliver high-quality software code to production within a short development cycle in the continuous integration and delivery environment. Apply knowledge and articulate basic software application behavior and dependent services/systems. Proactively raise issues to be resolved before they become blockers. Ensure code quality and maintainability by evolving architecture and tech stack, refactoring, standards, and improving build and test systems. Drive architecture discussions, produce well-documented design docs, and participate in design and code reviews. Work with other engineers, Architects, Product Management, QA, and Operations teams to develop innovative solutions that meet business needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, realistic implementation schedules, and consistency to development principles and product goals.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.

Salary: $135,491.00-176,550.00 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
