Job Duties: Design, develop, code, test and maintain software components. Build performance efficient, highly scalable, configurable, and available software applications and systems. Define, design, and implement complex, multi-tier distributed software applications. Design, develop, and test high throughput back-end software systems. Develop object-oriented software and design, code, and test complex software features. Develop software code and lead code review sessions. Segment and design technical system layers to support componentized and layered software application development, including business logic functionality and database/component repository access. Identify and fix performance, scalability, and other software live issues in a very time critical environment. Identify and make recommendations to reduce software project risks. Work with other engineers, managers, product management, quality analysts, and operations teams to develop innovative technical solutions that meet market needs with respect to functionality, performance, availability, scalability, reliability, realistic implementation schedules, and adherence to software development goals and principles. Partial telecommuting permitted from within commutable distance.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
Special Skill Requirements:
1. Designing and developing large-scale software applications using Java web-services, and experience applying object-oriented design and development principles.
2. Designing efficient algorithms and implementing data structures to solve complex problems.
3. Building, training, and deploying machine learning models for data-driven solutions.
4. Building scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems to handle large-scale applications.
5. Architecting and designing complex software systems with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
7. Writing optimized SQL queries and integrating database solutions into software applications.
7. Designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs for seamless system communication.
8. Agile frameworks and practices for software applications development process, including sprint planning, iterative development, and team collaboration.

Salary: $172,931.00-234,300.00 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
