We’re hiring an Electrical/Electronics Engineer to design and develop our automotive products in the areas of Active Safety and User-Experience. This position is located in TCI.
Must have:
  • Apply expertise in embedded systems to develop simulation models and environments.
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate simulation models with HIL test benches.
  • Lead simulation-related activities across the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Leverage knowledge of microcontroller architectures to optimize simulation performance and accuracy.
  • Develop simulation models for specific microcontroller platforms, including Renesas, Aurix, and S32.
  • Utilize testing tools and techniques to identify and resolve issues.
  • Develop simulation software using C programming and C++ languages.
  • Utilize deep understanding of the automotive product development process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure simulation activities align with project timelines.

We’re hiring an Electrical/Electronics Engineer to design and develop our automotive products in the areas of Active Safety and User-Experience. This position is located in TCI.

YOUR ROLE

Job Responsibilities:

Major Accountabilities:

  • Apply expertise in embedded systems to develop simulation models and environments that accurately represent the behavior and performance of automotive electronic control units (ECUs).
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate simulation models with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test benches, enabling comprehensive testing and validation of embedded systems in real-world scenarios.
  • Lead simulation-related activities across the software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and validation.
  • Leverage knowledge of microcontroller architectures to optimize simulation performance and accuracy, taking into account factors such as memory constraints, processing capabilities, and real-time operation requirements.
  • Develop simulation models for specific microcontroller platforms, including Renesas, Aurix, and S32, ensuring compatibility and scalability across different hardware configurations.
  • Utilize testing tools and techniques, such as virtualization, emulation, and trace analysis, to identify and resolve issues related to simulation performance, functionality, and compatibility.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience Development of simulation software using C programming and C++ languages, leveraging their capabilities to implement efficient and scalable simulation algorithms and data structures..
  • Utilize deep understanding of the automotive product development process to develop and maintain simulation tools and models for automotive embedded systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that simulation activities align with project timelines, requirements, and quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.

Experience:

5+ to 9 years and above of relevant experience
