Software Engineer

We are currently seeking a Full Stack Web Application Developer for one of the largest integrated, not-for-profit healthcare organizations in the U.S. This is a fully remote, 1+ year contract opportunity that allows you to work with cutting-edge healthcare technology while making a meaningful impact.

In this role, you'll join the Pharmacy Systems team and be responsible for developing responsive, dynamic user interfaces and building seamless integrations between front-end and back-end systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dynamic user interfaces using Angular (or similar front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js).
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs or GraphQL to enable smooth communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for database interactions.
• Work with an Object-Relational Mapper (ORM) like Entity Framework or Dapper to manage database interactions.
• Develop back-end services using technologies such as .NET Core or Node.js.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the full stack.
• Collaborate within an agile development environment, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure code versioning using Git and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in web application development.
• Proficient in Angular, or similar front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js).
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs or GraphQL for system integration.
• Advanced skills in SQL, with a focus on complex query writing and optimization.
• Familiarity with Object-Relational Mappers (ORMs) such as Entity Framework or Dapper.
• Knowledge of modern web app architecture, including state management and component-based design.
• Experience with back-end development in .NET Core or Node.js.
• Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning abilities.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative agile environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Eligibility for benefits requires a commitment of 30+ hours per week, with a minimum assignment length of 10 weeks.
