Our authorization services are highly data-intensive, requiring us to tackle numerous classic backend challenges to achieve high throughput and low latency. In the meantime, we need frontend engineers to deliver user-friendly frontend interfaces. As an entry-level Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
1. Design and Development: Design, implement, and maintain backend services or frontend interfaces for our authorization systems.
2. Performance Optimization: Contribute to the optimization of our systems for high throughput and low latency, minimizing delays and ensuring smooth user interactions.
3. Security Implementation: Implement security best practices to uphold the principle of least privilege and enhance the overall security of our authorization services.
4. Code Quality and Testing: Write clean, maintainable code and develop automated tests to ensure the reliability and robustness of our backend services.
5. Troubleshooting and Debugging: Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation and availability of our authorization systems.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers, security experts, and other team members to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118657 - $187200 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
