Job Description

This role is for a Software Engineer II focusing on Android Wear Google Messages in Kraków, Poland. Responsibilities include collaborating with product managers and UX designers to build new features; architecting the application stack; collaborating with the Wear OS platform team on API design; and interacting with carrier and OEM partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in Android application development, data structures and algorithms, and programming languages such as Java or Kotlin. Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
  • 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms.
  • 1 year of experience with Android application development.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working on Android.
  • Experience programming in Java or Kotlin.
