This Software Engineer III position at Google Cloud Platform's Threat Intelligence team in Málaga, Spain focuses on designing, developing, and implementing new features and enhancements for their platform. Responsibilities include contributing to systems processing and analyzing threat intelligence data, collaborating with security experts to translate their needs into features, and optimizing performance, scalability, and user experience. Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years software development experience
- 2+ years experience with data structures/algorithms
- 2+ years experience in data privacy/security software
- Design, develop, and implement new features
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
- 2 years of experience in building software for data privacy or security (e.g., identity and access management).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Python, Go, Java).
- Experience in working with data pipelines (e.g., MapReduce, Apache Beam, Apache Hadoop, Google Dataflow, etc.) or Google Cloud Platform.
