About the Team

At Netflix, we go beyond streaming content; we create experiences. Our Engineering Operations Tooling team is dedicated to enhancing developer productivity by providing the tools and support needed to tackle business challenges. As part of this dynamic team, you’ll operate within the Engineering Pods model, allowing you to adapt flexibly to business and organizational needs. These Pods simplify engineering onboarding, develop learning & support solutions, modernize existing tech stack, and integrate the latest AI capabilities to transform developer experiences.

This role is based in Warsaw, and our teams work in a hybrid working model.

What You'll Do:

• Innovate and Collaborate: Work on building, supporting, and maintaining tools that boost productivity for Netflix engineers. You'll be part of a team that explores integrating Generative and Agentic AI to enhance developer experiences and automate routine tasks.

• Hands-On Development: Dive into software development, from brainstorming and design to deployment and testing. Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Program Managers to understand and meet customer needs.

• Create Impactful Tools: Develop tools and products that increase the efficiency of discovering Technical Documentation and Engineering Support workflows.

• ​​Tech Stack Upgrades: Build support tooling for tech stack upgrades across the entire Netflix ecosystem, ensuring our technology remains cutting-edge.

• Continuous Learning: Regularly learn new systems and tools as the Netflix platform and ecosystem evolve.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience developing large-scale software applications and designing APIs using Java, Python, or Golang.

• Ideally, knowledge of TypeScript-based front-end technologies like ReactJS.

• A passion for solving Developer Productivity challenges at an enterprise scale.

• Eager to tackle tech stack modernization, transforming legacy systems into cutting-edge solutions that drive our future success.

• A proactive, action-oriented mindset with a commitment to software development excellence.

• Appreciates big-picture thinking, with the capability to work effectively across multiple domains and problem areas, ensuring cohesive and comprehensive solutions.
