Software Engineer (.NET)

Innoactive is a key player in the enterprise XR software market, committed to delivering outstanding and scalable cloud solutions for VR, AR, and 3D application deployment. Our mission is to make XR as accessible as possible to employees within large enterprises through our cloud-based platform solution.

We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer willing to dive into new topics, learn new programming languages, and explore cutting-edge technologies. We iterate often, make quick decisions, and refine those decisions as we go.

You will become part of a small and outstanding team of software engineers working on a globally distributed, highly automated real-time application streaming platform. Think of Steam + Nvidia GeForce Now but tailored for the enterprise sector. We scale, maintain, and monitor 100 cloud regions globally across three major cloud providers. Our code runs across diverse platforms, including Windows, Linux, Docker, browsers, Android VR headsets, and even the Apple Vision Pro. You will take ownership of one or several components, developing, testing, maintaining, and deploying changes. You will have the opportunity to explore different areas of our product, propose optimizations, and introduce new technologies.

• You are experienced in C#, .NET and REST APIs.
• You are passionate about programming and the ecosystem surrounding an agile software development lifecycle.
• You are not just a coder: you engage in the entire software lifecycle, from conception and requirements analysis to architecture, testing, and deployment with CI/CD pipelines.
• You are enthusiastic about cloud architectures and ideally have experience with either AWS, Azure or GCP.
• SQL and ORM aren’t just random acronyms to you.
• You are proficient with Git.
• You understand the purpose and benefits of containerization and respective tools like Docker.
• You are comfortable running what you build and are not afraid to touch infrastructure and treat it as code (IaC).
• You recognize the value of existing code, review it critically, and optimize it.
• You understand that AI can be a valuable tool and know how to leverage it wisely to accelerate routine tasks.
• As an international company, we primarily communicate in English, so you must be comfortable with this.
• You view change as an opportunity for growth and learning.

• You don’t hesitate to ask questions.

• Practical experience in large codebases and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub and PR reviews.
• You constantly strive to improve your day-to-day work through automation.
