Most Important:

• 9+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise-level applications using Python and Django
• Proven ability to lead full-stack development efforts, with deep experience in both backend services and modern frontend frameworks (React/TypeScript preferred)
• Skilled in deploying applications using Docker and cloud infrastructure (especially AWS)
• Strong knowledge of authentication protocols and secure API integration

Qualifications:

• Advanced expertise in relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Solid understanding of CI/CD workflows, Git-based version control, and Python environment management tools
• Experience writing and maintaining automated tests using tools like pytest
• Background in integrating third-party platforms and building custom APIs
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications supporting core business functions
• Lead technical initiatives while mentoring developers and promoting best practices across the engineering team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, user-centric software solutions
• Optimize performance, automate testing, and ensure code quality across the application stack
• Contribute to infrastructure planning and support containerized deployments in the cloud
