The Quality Assurance Team

As part of the Client Managed group, you will be part of a team focusing on delivering high quality software with engaged team members. Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

• Automate, design, develop and maintain automated tests and automated test frameworks.
• Demonstrate the ability to understand, debug, contribute to existing code base & formulate continuous improvement solutions.
• Formulate best practices, coding standards, refactoring and testing techniques.
• Detailed and through analyze and investigation bugs and problem investigations from Qlik Support with purpose to pinpoint problem and identify possible workarounds
• Create test cases
• Perform exploratory, integration and regression testing
• Verification of bugfixes
• Work in close collaboration with Qlik support regarding issues reported by customers
• Analyze requirements for new features and create risk lists and test ideas.
• Take active part in the planning for future work for the team
• Playing an active role in the technical direction of Qlik’s BI Platform and especially in QlikView and Qlik Sense
• Communicate and collaborate with developers and architects across the organization
• Being a highly valued member of a great team
  
  

Skills And Qualifications For This Role Include

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
• More than 5 years’ experience in verification and validation in Software testing
• Experience in Test framework, such as: Playwright, Selenium
• Experience within exploratory risk-based Testing.
• Good understanding of SW Architecture, skills and capability to understand how large multiservice SW environments work and function.
• Windows server configuration and environments
• Proficiency in Windows Server and Desktop versions
• Desirable knowledge
• Qlik Products or other BI solutions
• Auto testing mobile apps
• Knowledge about C# / Javascript code to troubleshoot
• Knowledge in Jira, Git, Jenkins, SQL/Postgres
• Bonus skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to take initiatives on your own.
• Experience working together with developers in a cross functional team.
• Excellent verbal and written English is required.
• Valuing team-work for results

• Effective in a collaborative environment
• An excellent software test engineer eager to learn new things
• Understanding the need and importance of continuous delivery and what’s required for that.
