Job Description

Software Engineering Interns at Google are researchers and developers who yearn to create and implement complex computer science solutions. Our engineers develop massively scalable, distributed software systems and collaborate on numerous smaller projects. The internship involves developing effective competencies in data structures and algorithms, showcasing a technical fascination for system architecture. Interns will apply computer science knowledge to real-world problems, analyze information, evaluate results, develop automation scripts, and contribute to a productive team environment. The program requires a solid foundation in computer science and a collaborative spirit. The internship is located in New Taipei City, Taiwan and runs for 10-12 weeks.

Good To Have:

Experience with Unix/Linux
Machine learning experience
TensorFlow or embedded systems experience
Proficiency in C, C++, Java, or Python

Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field
Data structures and algorithms experience
Ability to solve complex problems
Teamwork and collaboration skills

Minimum qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Experience with data structures or algorithms.

Preferred qualifications:

Currently in your penultimate year.
Experience with Unix/Linux, Machine Learning, Tensorflow, or embedded systems.
Experience programming in one of the following languages: C, C++, Java, or Python.
Ability to complete an internship program of 10-12 weeks.
