Lead a team of engineers to deliver business-critical features.
Influence the product roadmap in collaboration with product owners and other stakeholders while building strong lines of communication.
Participate in and lead project planning and sprint planning activities, ensuring effective prioritization and resource utilization.
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, mentoring team members for career growth through effective feedback.
Establish a safe environment with a transparent and collaborative team culture.
Inspire engineers to build testable, resilient, highly available, scalable, and innovative systems, emphasizing the importance of proper monitoring.
Actively participate in the implementation and maintenance of software alongside your team members.
At least 2 years of experience in managing a software engineering team.
Proficient in constructing high-quality and resilient systems.
Proficient in the .NET ecosystem, demonstrating a solid knowledge and hands-on application.
Practical exposure to distributed systems and the implementation of microservice architecture.
Expertise in containerization and familiarity with Kubernetes.
Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog, Elasticsearch etc.
Thorough understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
