What you’ll achieve
As a Performance Engineer on the PSR team, you will analyze system architectures and identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and resiliency. You will collaborate with DevSecOps and Security teams to ensure that performance optimizations align with secure design principles and remediation efforts. Your expertise in APM tools, observability stacks, and cloud performance will help Boomi deliver secure and performant platforms to customers.
Analyze software architecture for performance, scalability, and security impact (including misconfigurations that may affect performance).
Collaborate with security teams to integrate SumoLogic for performance and security monitoring.
Support IAM cleanup by evaluating performance implications of access controls.
Contribute to DAST and threat modeling assessments to ensure secure and performant architectures.
Recommend resilient architecture solutions that align with DevSecOps best practices.
AWS performance engineering, APM tools (NewRelic).
Cloud performance troubleshooting (heap dumps, thread dumps, SQL logs).
Secure architecture design (least privilege, encryption, secure configurations).
Collaboration with DevSecOps on CI/CD integration and container performance tuning.
Observability stack knowledge (Splunk, SumoLogic).
