Job Description

The Solar Appointment Concierge will manage customer leads from various sources via phone and email. Responsibilities include initial engagement, confirming intent, and connecting leads with trusted installers. The role involves making outbound calls to educate customers about Enphase, solar value propositions, and the solar buying process. They will also schedule consultations, understand customer needs, maintain customer databases, and handle post-appointment follow-ups to ensure a positive customer experience. This position requires excellent communication and sales skills.
Must have:
  • 2+ years of call center experience.
  • Proven track record of setting solar consultation appointments.
  • Experience in lead qualification and appointment setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce or CRM tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

About the Role

The Solar Appointment Concierge will be responsible for managing customer leads from various sources by connecting with them through phone and email. This position will be responsible for Initial engagement, first impressions, and white glove treatment of leads while confirming intent and matching leads with the best available trusted installer. Experience in a sales call center environment is key to being successful in this role. The position is remote.

What you will do

  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential homeowner customers and educate them on Enphase, solar value proposition, basic needs analysis, as well as a high-level overview solar buying process 
  • After qualification, schedule customers with installers to conduct a solar consultation to include design and pricing with a Solar Specialist (virtual/in person options vary by company)
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions to help them
  • Maintain database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of customer information
  • Track customer interactions with customer service tickets
  • Post appointment follow-up may be required to ensure a positive customer experience and potential re-direction of customer to a different installer more suited to meet the customer’s needs
  • Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions

Who you are and what you bring

  • 2+ years of call center experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven track record of setting appointments for solar consultations to homeowner customers
  • Demonstrated experience in lead qualification and appointment setting
  • Self-starter, and go-getter; able to work in fast-paced environments and comfortable working through unknowns
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools to drive productivity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The OTE for this position is $66,150.

This OTE may be modified in the future. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions. This position is also eligible for equity and benefits.
