Job Description

Luxoft DXC Technology seeks a Senior Solution Architect to define end-to-end IT solutions for its insurance clients. Responsibilities include creating functional, non-functional, service, and security-focused designs, aligning solutions with the company's IT strategy, and ensuring compliance with standards. The role requires extensive stakeholder engagement, strong communication, and the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term goals. A deep understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (primarily Agile), strong technical expertise (potentially broad or domain-specific), and financial acumen are essential. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and its application to customer benefit.

For one of our clients in the Insurance Segment, we are looking for a Solution Architect

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end solutions for IT change

Create designs that are fit for purpose from a functional, non-functional, service, and security point of view

Deliver solutions that progress the overall architecture journey and are aligned to Company's IT Strategy

Comply with standards, design approaches and governance

Skills

Must have

Solution Architect at our project require around extensive engagement with business stakeholders (like business sponsor, EA, PM, BA) in language they could understand. Can present and support his view at business strategy / drivers, benefits, costs or the constraints of working within a complex legacy environment.

Has comprehensive understanding of methodology

Excellent design skills

Strong knowledge of end to end project lifecycle methodologies (mainly agile).

Strong technical experience. This maybe broad experience with the ability to apply it across a variety of customer and business scenarios; or strong domain specialisms to maximise the benefit of technology in key areas e.g. Infrastructure, Business Intelligence, Pensions.

The role holder must care about technology and how to exploit it for the benefit of our customers.

Financial acumen to support development of business cases and to inform key design decisions.

Ability to balance long-term direction and necessary short term goals.

Good communication skills with the ability to provide technical guidance to peers and project colleagues.

Strong personal impact and influence

Good stakeholder and relationship management

Leadership skills

Nice to have

Previous working experience in London Markets Group would be a plus
