Petr Chadima leads our Technology consulting team for Financial Services. He spent most of his professional life on large-scale transformation projects for both Czech and foreign clients. And the main reason he still enjoys his job, he says, is because he works with the best people he could ever imagine. And also, he is supported by a wonderful family who, when he needs to relax, let him craft completely unnecessary things from wood.


Job description & summary


Are you passionate about data and eager to expand your skills and knowledge? Do you aspire to lead and guide others in your field? Dive deeper into the realms of implementation, data modeling, and ETL processes with our dynamic team. Come, grow and lead with us!


You will work on a large cloud transformation program being responsible for the solution data architecture. You will lead young analysts and engineers and you will be the main intermediary for communication with the client.

  • Define cloud solution architecture design for large data platforms.

  • Define data governance standards and processes.

  • Lead teams of data analysts and engineers for end to end delivery of data solutions.

  • Lead project streams

  • Functional and technical design preparation 

  • Lead and guide junior colleagues 


Requirements of the role

  • University degree

  • At least 5 years of experience in data management area

  • Cloud knowledge and practical experience with one of the following - Azure, AWS

  • Experience with definition of solution and data architecture with some of the following tools - Databricks, Kafka, Snowflake, Airflow, Azure Data Factory, Azure Pureview, BigQuery, AWS Glue, or similar cloud ETL or cloud data management tools

  • Experience with at least one of the following data management capabilities as data mesh architecture, master data management, data modelling in data vault, data governance

  • Strong analytical thinking, communication and presentation skills

  • Attention to detail, accuracy and punctuality

  • Experience with leading role of delivery team in data management area
