Solutions Architect

We are looking to expand our team with a Solutions Architect who will contribute to designing and delivering innovative cloud solutions. Our goal is not only to meet client expectations but also to drive growth and achieve technical excellence.
As part of the team, your aim will be to provide technical expertise and support in customer projects to ensure the creation of tailored solutions for our customers' ultimate satisfaction.

Please note that the hiring location for this role is remote Europe.

What will you do?  🧭

• Provide technical expertise and support to the team to win new projects as well as engage in discussions with current customer base.
• Design and propose solutions to fit the specific needs of customers, ensuring optimal satisfaction and functionality.
• Guide customers on their cloud journey, helping them adopt and scale cloud technologies effectively. 
• Assist customers in identifying novel technology ideas, contributing to the identification of new business opportunities.
• Regularly contact external and internal stakeholders to streamline the technical cooperation between our teams.
• Continuously evaluate our service offerings by analysing e.g. the customers' feedback, our competition, the market trends etc.
  
  

Must haves 🔥

• Experience and working level proficiency in AWS and GCP.  

• Good understanding of cloud architecture best practices, cloud infrastructure, cloud data management, cloud resource management and cloud security. 
• Experience using MEDDICC Sales Framework.
• Experience with creating solution designs that reflect security, scalability, performance, resiliency and cost-efficiency.
  
• Great command of the English language both in verbal and written form (C1+).
• Ability to take full ownership and responsibility of tasks and projects to achieve objectives and goals.

• Ability to understand the customer's needs and transform them into technical requirements. 
• Focus on data-driven decisions and ability to prioritise.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both with internal and external stakeholders and if needed, work as a mediator between these sides.
